Lost in Helsinki
Yup. I have relocated. Helsinki, Finland, is now "home".
"Home", btw, is wherever my computer is. This is the sixth country I live in, so a flexible notion of belonging has become a necessity.
Why am I here? For the MA degree in New Media at TaiK (the Finnish design university).
Busy days. Will write more later. Suffice it to say that Norway and Denmark have a number of things to learn from Finland when it comes to providing education and encouraging young people to study.
Blue sky. Green forests. Fresh, cool air. After Beijing, these are pleasant luxuries.
